We are thrilled to showcase the remarkable results of this 40,717-square-foot stunning office space designed for UNFI and Scout Cold Logistics. In close collaboration with ARCO, GMA Design Group created a vibrant lifestyle center that transcends traditional office environments. Our interior design team placed a strong emphasis on promoting employee physical and mental well-being, recognizing that a thoughtfully designed workplace is key to fostering productivity, creativity, and satisfaction.
The design incorporates a wide array of amenities crafted to support a balanced and fulfilling workday. Employees have access to a vibrant café that encourages social interaction and relaxation, alongside a marketplace offering convenience and variety. Health and wellness are front and center with a state-of-the-art gym, complemented by modern showers and locker rooms to facilitate active lifestyles. To nurture focus and recovery, the space includes quiet zones and relaxation areas, while gaming spaces provide opportunities for fun and team bonding.
