This 80-unit multifamily complex offers residents an array of amenities, including a 1,685 SF fitness center, a game room, bike storage, a 1,340 SF lobby with a lounge and hospitality area, and direct access to the city’s walking path system.
The GMA interior team infused modern, welcoming touches throughout the community spaces. Key features include wood-look LVT flooring arranged in a striking herringbone pattern, a modern chandelier, and furniture selection that encourages socializing and event gatherings. The clubhouse stands out with its quartz countertops featuring large-scale veining, tiled floors, modern lighting, and rooftop deck access.
