Strategically located in Bristol, Indiana, this impressive facility significantly expands MJB’s operational footprint, effectively doubling the company’s service capabilities across the Midwest and reinforcing its commitment to efficiency, growth, and customer service.
The facility includes 489,600 square feet of distribution and manufacturing space, designed to support MJB’s highly specialized wood product supply chain, along with a 10,000-square-foot office tailored to administrative and operational needs. Key design and construction features include tilt-up concrete construction, 32-foot clear heights, and both interior and exterior rail spurs that streamline logistics and improve throughput. The integration of high-performance infrastructure ensures the building is equipped for long-term durability and operational flexibility.
GMA’s interior design team focused on creating a warm and engaging workplace environment. The office space incorporates natural materials like wood paneling, ample natural light, and biophilic elements, reinforcing a connection to the company’s core products and values.
