This impressive facility, nearly doubling the company’s presence in the local market, exemplifies innovation and operational excellence in the beverage distribution sector. Its success has been recognized with the 2024 CoStar Group Impact Award for Pittsburgh Commercial Development of the Year, highlighting its substantial contribution to the region’s economic growth and commercial landscape.
Designed with precision and attention to detail, the facility boasts a 211,647-square-foot controlled-environment warehouse, a 29,783-square-foot draught cooler, a 21,833-square-foot ambient warehouse, a 14,356-square-foot POS area, an 8,680-square-foot truck maintenance building, and a 28,666-square-foot office. Each component was thoughtfully planned to maximize efficiency, streamline distribution processes, and support future growth. The office design prioritizes employee experience, featuring custom millwork, tile flooring, decorative lighting, and a fully equipped fitness center to promote health and wellness.
