Recognized as one of DuPage County’s Smartest Workplaces for 2025, ARCO/Murray’s new 185,000-square-foot office in Downers Grove sets a benchmark for innovative, people-focused office design. GMA Design Group’s architectural services helped transform the space into a flagship workplace that celebrates ARCO/Murray’s greatest asset: its people.
The design links four office floors with a newly constructed two-story amenity hub via a light-filled atrium, fostering connectivity and collaboration. Open and private offices, a state-of-the-art training room, and thoughtfully designed collaboration areas create a flexible environment that adapts to the needs of ARCO/Murray’s growing workforce.
Amenities were designed to enhance both wellness and enjoyment. A full fitness center, basketball court, outdoor patio, lounge, and a high-end golf simulator bring energy and creativity into daily work life. Every architectural decision, from spatial layout to amenity placement, supports employee growth, well-being, and success.
